Kiewit Corporation kept exposed concrete flooring protected with Skudo HT Commercial System at the site of the new Steelhouse Omaha expansion of the Omaha Performing Arts Center in Omaha, NE.
HT Commercial System protected the concrete from vehicle traffic, foot traffic, framing, and staged building materials in the main performance hall, lobby, and connected corridors.
Steelhouse Omaha is a flexible 1,500 – 3,000 seat capacity performing arts venue in downtown Omaha, NE. The 103,000 sq. ft. expansion to the Omaha Performing Arts Center complex is expected to open in May 2023. It will be a premier live music venue and an interactive space for local community groups.
